Description

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a customer account manager within the Public Buildings Service (PBS). Develop and maintain business relationships with customer agency executives to plan, forecast and manage the agencies' mid to long term needs pertaining to space management, lease acquisition, building management, space alterations, protection and tenant relocation on projects under 250 thousand square feet. Primary responsibility is to develop regional strategic customer goals. Serves as the primary point of contact for all assigned customer agencies. Has primary responsibility for developing and negotiating Occupancy Agreements (OA's) with existing and potential customers to include business terms and conditions and financial arrangements, consulting with other PBS or GSA components as necessary. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued o/a March 11, 2005 with a closing date o/a April 21, 2005. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be schedule prior to the proposal closing date.
