Description: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 33,710 rentable square feet of office space in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Lease term will be for a ten (10) year term, with seven (7) years firm. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government may consider all responses. A determination to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
