Description: The USAF Academy CO intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Lease with Option to Buy (LWOB) P-31 Weapons of Mass Destruction/HazMat Primary Response Vehicle under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Emergency One, Inc., 1601 SW 37th Ave., Ocala FL. This requirement is determined to be available only from the manufacturer, Emergency One, as the one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No formal requests will be issued for this procurement.
