Description

The Office of Public Health Emergency Preparedness (OPHEP) required assistance in establishing a roster of Federal responders who were present at the World Trade Center (WTC) disaster (9/11/01); and a website through which these responders can register and obtain information related to medical screenings being conducted under a separate program. Contract GS-10F-0097L. Task Order 200-2002-M-00836, Section C, Statement of Work, Paragraphs 2 and 3A was issued to create a central, unified database of persons exposed to the WTC disaster on 9/11/2002. The persons included occupants of office buildings demolished or damaged, residents, students and employees of schools and businesses within a defined perimeter around the WTC site; and workers involved in rescue, recovery, clean-up at the WTC site and in debris handling at the Staten Island Landfill. Task Order 200-2002-M-00836 Will be modified to use the secured data to extract information on Federal Employees only who qualify as contractually required. Note 22 applies.
