Description

Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for an on-line Internet subscription to Terrorism Research Center, Inc., 5765-F Burke Centre Parkway, PMB 331, Burke, VA 22015-2233. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Terrorism Research Center, Inc. is the only vendor that can meet our requirement.
