Description

Repair Fire Alarm Systems, Various Locations, Homestead ARB, Miami-Dade County Florida. The base is located approximately thirty miles couth of Miami. The work includes, but is not limited to removal of old wiring and conduits, installation of new alarms, alarm antennas, panels, and accociated components. The acquisition is a Firm Fixed price construction contract. The magnitude of the construction is estimated to be between $250K and $500K. The project performance period is 90 calendar days. This solicitation is full and open. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 14 March 2005. All requests for this solicitation package must be made in writing. The solicitation package and attachments shall be made available ONLY on www.eps.goc, with the exception of the contract drawings. All requests for drawings must be made in writing, and shall be mailed only upon receipt of request. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
