PRON: AX5J0079AX, NSN: 1615-0 1-112-5904, PN: 205-040-263(-111), Quantity: 15 each, applicable to the UH-1 Airframe. Destination with deliveries to Temple Hills, MD 20748-6130, Glen Burnie, MD 21061-3219 and Jamaica, NY 11434-5418. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Te sting is 15 each, 263 Days after Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 15 each, 175 Days after Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II is 15 each, 219 Days After Contract Award (DAC A). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc, Cage Code 97499. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
