PRON: AX5Q0104AX, NSN: 9390-01-445-9637, Part Number: 8545, Noun: Tape, Protective, Pla, Quantity: 25 each applicable to OH-58D. This requirement is restricted to Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Co., Cage Code 8M369 with deliveries goi ng to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Production Lead -time is 25 each, 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations b y accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) and Policy relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. The closing date annotated is an estim ated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may subm it an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. All offers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. See Numbered Notes 22, 23, 26.
