Description

The work consists of furnishing 300 parking spaces at a single parking facility at a location within a 3 block (walking) radius of the Clifford Davis Federal Building. The spaces shall be provided for use during the hours of 0530 and 1800 Monday thr ough Saturday, excluding all Federal holidays. The Contractor shall have the right to use the spaces that are unoccupied on Saturdays after 0800. The Contractor shall have also have the right to reserve all parking spaces on a specific Satruday with 30 days written notice. Ingress and egress is to be non-restrictive during contract days/hours. Corps markings are not required. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that only authorized persons park their vehicles under contract. The term of the contract shall be one year with an option for four (4) one year extenstions. Work is estimated to cost between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. Quotes will be requested in March. Vendors must be registered in Centra l Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
