Description

ERDC-CERL requires research and development services in support of SERDP Project CS-1396 - PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSE AND HABITUATION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES TO MILITARY TRAINING ACTIVITIES for a Base Period ending June 30, 2006 and three Option Periods. T he proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract with one of the SERDP proposing partners, Princeton University. Request for Proposal (RFP) W9132T-05-R-0019 will be issued on or about March 9, 2005 with a closing date of April 8, 2005. The solicitation is only available in electronic format from the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO) website: http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/.
