Description

Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and perform all work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement required for Medical Equipment Maintenance. The services to be performed under this contract are for a Therapeutic Linear Accele rator, SN# 1252 (MMCN E8952) located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-05-T-0042 applies. This is a firm fixed-price type contract. Contractor services include but are not limited to: equipment repairs, labor, test equipment, trav el, and materials not government furnished necessary to keep the unit operational to manufacturers specifications; troubleshooting assistance as requested 24 hours a day; perform at a minimum one preventive maintenance service per year; provide and instal l all hardware and software updates; and update or provide new user manuals when changes are made. Contract base period is for six (6) months (01 April 2005 through 30 September 2005) and four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed acquisition is an unr estricted, full and open competition.
