Description
Office, Warehouse and related space in Tucson, Arizona The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement to lease approximately 14,150 Rentable square feet of contiguous office/warehouse space, consisting of approximately 370 square feet of building support area, 9,280 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office (formally Usable), 4,500 BOMA Rentable square feet of warehouse space, along with 28 secured government vehicle parking, 17 visitors parking and 49 employee parking spaces in Tucson, Arizona. The facility will have a 21,000 square foot wareyard which includes secured government vehicle parking. A twenty (20) foot setback will be required from all employee/public parking areas. The space must be located within the following delineated areas, have direct line of site (for radio communications) with Mt. Lemon and must not be located in a high crime area. West on I-10 starting at Starr Pass Boulevard to the I-10 junction with Grant Road; West (left) on Grant Road to Greasewood Road; South (left) on Greasewood Road to Starr Pass Boulevard, East (left) on Starr Pass Boulevard to I-10 junction. Beginning at the intersection of I-10 and Park Ave., North on Park Ave. to Aviation Parkway, East (right) on Aviation Parkway to Palo Verde Road; South (right) on Palo Verde Road to the junction of I-10; West (right) on I-10 to Park Ave. Beginning at Valencia Road and I-10 intersection, East on Valencia to Houghton Road; South (right) on Houghton Road to I-10, West (left) on I-10 to Valencia. The lease term will be 20 years, 10 years firm. The space offered must been Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in a 100-year flood plain.
