Description

The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment and materials to replace 16 individual (12 standard and 4 handicapped) shower stalls in two existing rest room buildings. Work includes demolition, thermostatic mixing valves, piping, miscellaneous plumbing fixtures, fire-rated fiberglass reinforced ceiling panels, interior luminaries and painting of existing radiant ceiling heaters. Construction shall take place after summer operations of the park. NAICS Code is 238220. Project site is located in Loon Lake Recreation Site, Douglas County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is October 3, 2005, and performance time is 45 calendar days. Bonds are required at time of award - Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available.
