Description

The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source, fixed price contract to Water Management Technologies, Inc. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana to purchase and install a CR510 Monitoring System with DO Probes and House Station (Less Wipers). Pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253c(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. Water Managemet Technologies (WMT) is the only company who has the framework, technology requirements, and blueprints for the installation of the proposed alarm system. The alarm system must work in unification with the liquid oxygen system already installed by WMT. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within its discretion. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the facsimile number stated herein, Attn: Janice McNeill. Responses to this notice must be received by March 14, 2005.
