Description

The work includes the demolition of an existing lift station and the construction of a new lift station; including but not limited to construction of new pump station wet well, valve vault, manual bar screen, mechanical dimminutor, pump station control building, standby generator with automatic transfer switch, submersible pumps, controls, valves, piping, electrical and all appurtances for complete installation and incidental related work. . Proposed contract is unrestricted with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110 and Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A subcontracting plan is required, if the contract is awarded to a Large Business. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 16 March 2005. Bid opening date will be on or about 18 April 2005. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. Official access to the solicitation is via the Internet at the NAVFAC E-Solicitations (ESOL) website: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil and may be downloaded free of charge.
