- U.S. GOVERNMENT IS INTERESTED IN LEASING SPACE IN PLATTSBURGH, NEW YORK The United States Government desires to lease approximately 1,150 rentable square feet which must yield 1,000 to 1,050 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in the City of Plattsburgh, New York. Term: The Government is interested in a five (5) year term with termination rights by the Government at any time after the first year. General Information: This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 (as amended). Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
