Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source the following: five year (base plus four option years) contract to University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) for courses of instruction for HQ NORAD-USNORTHCOM job specific training in Homeland Defense (HLD) and Military Assistance to Civil Authorities (MACA). The NAICS code is 611310 and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer at their discretion and direction are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
