The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, has a requirement for Proxy Probes for a vibration monitoring system. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice, and with Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13. Offers may be submitted in response to this notice by any of the methods listed below. Reference the RFQ number (05SQ107520) in quotes submitted. Quotes are due 10:00 am local time February 25, 2005 and must include company name, DUNS number, Taxpayer ID number, contact name, mailing address, physical address if different that the mailing addreass, telephone number, fax number, and email address where available. Must be registered with ccr.gov. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335314, Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Required delivery date is March 1, 2005. Configuration will be provided if delivery date can be met. CLIN 0001: 20 each 330102-00-20-10-02-00, 3300 8MM Bentley Probe - 3/8-24 ARM. CLIN 0002: 20 each 330130-080-01-00, 3300 5MM & 8MM Extension Cable. CLIN 0003: 20 each 330180-90-00, 3300XL Proximitor. This RFQ incorporates revisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-27. Delivery address: Bureau of Reclamation, Umatilla Field Office, 32871 Diagonal Road, Hermiston, OR 97838. Evaluation criteria are price and delivery date; delivery date is more important than price.
