Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations number 33431is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $21 million. The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the following: Line Item 0001-Xerox DocuShare 3.1 Client Access License quantity of 500 each; Line Item 0002-Xerox Annual Standard Support (continued research and development on the Docushare product; unlimited hotline support between 9:00am ? 7:00pm EST; on-line technical support; and free upgrades on Minor Docushare Software releases) for the following components: Sub-Line Item 0002A-Xerox DocuShare 3.1 Server Quantity of 1; Sub-Line Item 0002B-Xerox DS3.1 Client Access Licenses (500 existing and 500 new CAL?s) quantity of 1,000 each; Sub-Line Item 0002C,-Xerox Enterprise Database Connector (Oracle, SQL) quantity of 1 each; Sub-Line Item 0002D-Xerox DocuShare Outlook Client quantity of 1 each; Sub-Line Item 0002E-Xerox Enterprise Directory Services Connector (LDAP, Active Directory) quantity of 1 each. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Quotation as provided herein, is lowest price. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, with all freight included in the delivered price, within ten (10) days of purchase order award. Delivery to U. S. Secret Service ? Information Resources Management Division (IRMD),245 Murray Drive, SW, Bldg. 410, Washington, DC 20223. The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable unless otherwise noted: 3052.209-70, Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Paragraph (a) insert: ?The Government intends to award firm, fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror, whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Quotation as provided herein, is lowest in price?. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies; 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.225-13, Restriction on Certain Foreign Purchases; 52.225-3, Buy American Act-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act; 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration and 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Other than Central Contractor Registration (insert ?ten days after award? at fill-in).
