- See numbered notes 1, 9, 13 & 26. This solicitation will be issued as 100% set aside for small business concerns. Item: Tent, Pin, Metal, Type III Steel, 18 inch in accordance with MIL-P-150P dated March 1, 1991. There will be a base year plus four 100% quantity option years. The total quantity is 109,540 each to be delivered in 12 deliveries beginning 180 days after date of award to New Cumberland, PA and Barstow, CA. Best Value Source Selection is required under this solicitation and Past Performance will be the only evaluation factor. First Article provisions will be included.
