- This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 225 ea plus a 100 percent option. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at Destination, quality assurance provision QAP 002 applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside. The NSN is 6650-01-108-2948, 234 day delivery. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
