Contractor shall provide labor, material, equipment, tools, staging, shop facilities, rigging, transportation, required to overhaul the No. 4 Caterpillar Diesel Engine on the NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown, NOAA Port Office Charleston, C/O USCG, 1050 Register Street, North Charleston, SC 29405.
