- Western Area Power Administration intends to purchase Holophane light fixtures manufactured by Holophane on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Any interested dealers or wholesalers are invited to respond to this RFQ. Responses may be submitted electronically through the DOE E-center at http://e-center.doe.gov, mailed to Western Area Power Administration, Attn: Debora Kludt, 200 4th St SW, Huron, SD 57350, or e-mailed to kludt@wapa.gov. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around February 15, 2005.
