- NA The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the subject combined synopsis/solicitation. 1) The title of the combined synopsis/solicitation should read: Libby Asbestos Removal Project?Temporary Lodging 2) Questions in regards to the RFP must be received no later than 4:30 PM EST on Friday, February 25, 2005. 3) Questions received by the above mentioned date will be answered in the form of an amendment posted on both the Federal Business Opportunities and The Volpe National Transportation Systems Center websites. 4) The response date for this combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby extended to Thursday March 3, 2005 at 4:30 PM EST. 5) Requirement for the number of rooms in the vendor?s facility has been changed from twenty-five (25) to thirty-five (35). 6) A ll other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
