Description

Synopsis for Consigning Tornado Coils ? For the New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS) in Albuquerque, New Mexico RFP 501-0019-05 The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 has a requirement for a Consignment Agreement for Cook Tornado Coils. The NMVAHCS intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The VA intends to negotiate a Consignment Agreement with Cook, Inc. to provide Cook Tornado Coils. The proposed contract will be for a term of one (1) base year from date of award with four (4) one (1) year options. The applicable NAICS code is 339113, size standard 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may present their interest and capability by submitting literature and documentation detailing their experience in providing these products to the Contracting Officer via email <a href="mailto:cesar.fausto@med.va.gov?subject=Tornado_Coils_RFP_501-0019- 5">cesar.fausto@med.va.gov</a> All responses must be received by March 11, 2005, 4:30PM, EST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed required based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Cook, Inc. is considered a small business.
