Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following commercial items: Item 1: Thermal Disinfector (2 ea) Brand name or equal Miele Appliances- Model # :G7781, Part # : 63788101 1. Thermal disinfector includes: upper basket P/N O165 1 ea; lower basket P/N U165 1 ea; inserts P/N E131 2 ea. Specifics: - A high level of disinfection using a 10 Min cycle held at 93 deg. Celcius - Integrated drying cycle - Can be installed free-standing or under-the-counter - Built-in water softener - Multiple washrack configurations Voltage: 220VAC This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 423450 applies to this procurement. The small business size standard is: 500. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 and Defense Change Notice 20041215. FOB: Destination for delivery to 325 MDSS/SGSL, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
