(ESRI): Software Maintenance of ESRI-brand ArcView with Extension Single Use from 3.x Primary Maintenance Activation Fee, part number 97641; ESRI-brand ArcView with Extension Single Use from 3.x Secondary Maintenance Activation Fee, part number 97642, ESRI-brand ArcView Single Use From 3.x Primary Maintenance Activation Fee, part number 97619, ESRI-brand ArcView Single Use From 3.x Secondary Maintenance Activation Fee, part number 97620, ESRI-brand ArcSDE Developer Support Group Development and Testing 1 Server 2 CPUs Maintenance, part number 92016, ESRI-brand ArcIMS Development and Testing 1 Server 2 CPUs Maintenance, part number 97741, ESRI-brand ArcIMS Development and Testing 1 Additional 1 CPU Maintenance, part number 97743. Only one source, ESRI, 380 New York St, Redlands, CA 92373, is known to be capable of meeting the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. A source that believes it can provide the Software Maintenance should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. A response should clearly show the ability of the source to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data/service or causing programmatic hardship, and indicate whether it is a large business, small business, very small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone small business, veteran-owned small business or service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
