- 1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the following item: NSN 5935-01-295-0656, P/N: DMC867A, Electrical Connector Maintenance Kit, Basic Quantity: 5 EA and 4 Option Years with a Qty of 1-8. This kit is used on multiple aircraft. The approximate issue date will be 25 Feb 05 with a response date of 4 Mar 05. 2. This item will be SOLE SOURCE to: Daniels Manufacturing Corporation (CAGE 11851). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 3. The data or the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned or maintained by the Government and it has been determined that it is uneconomical to purchase them or to reverse engineer the part. 5.
