Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitaiton; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issed. Requirement reference number : F88MEDTECH is issued as a request for offers, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621399. This acquisition is unrestricted. Under new FAR Guidance and in order to receive this award you must be registered in the Central Contractor?s Regristration data base at http://www.ccr.gov. Funds are not currently available, but are anticipated. The contractor shall provide Healthcare services ? namely: Medical Technician (4N) required for Government beneficiaries as listed in the Statement of Work. Due to the size of the document a copy may be obtained by email. Please contact Ann Robinson at http://ann.robinson@lakenheath.af.mil The performance period is from 15 March 2005 to 30 September 2005 an approximately 1,196 hours (40 hours a week, full time). The U.S. Government will enter into negotiations with the offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the overall best qualifications.
