Description: Above solicitation is changed to add the following: Parts have to be genuine Allison parts, no aftermarket. Vendor has to be Allison certified. There will be no cores, the transmissions the Army uses come in without them. Vendor is responsible for assembly so that converters are ready to go into transmissions. Delivery to Fort Drum must be included in qoute. All other information remains the same.
