- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Associated drawing and detailed/general specifications should be downloaded from http://doc.campbell.army.mil under solicitation number listed above. This acquisition is 100% setaside for small business concerns. NAICS is 531120, small business size is $6.0 Million. Items requested are: 24-month lease of three modular buildings: Two Building (combined) must be 28 feet by 70 feet and One Building must be 14 feet by 70 feet. Set and Tri m for 3 Buildings; 5 feet by 5 feet landing w/steps and handrail (3 each); poured footers (3 each); aluminum canopy (6 each); 6 feet by 8 feet landing and handicap ramp (3 each); pricing should be provided for all freight, delivery, set up/tear down, and p lacement of buildings. Delivery and setup of buildings must be complete not later than 29 April 2005. This solicitation incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 28 December 2004. Additionally, the follo wing provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial (Jan 2005): 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (Oct 2003); 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Impleme nt Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items (Jan 2005) (DEVIATION); 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (Jan 2005); 5252.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (offerors will be evaluated based on price and delivery). A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certificat ions-Commercial Items (Nov 1995) shall be submitted with the quotation.
