- This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This is full and open competition, NAICS code: 7211 10 and small business size standard: $6.0M. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Overview of the requirements to be procured for the period 29 March 2005-12 April 2005: 1,566 sleeping room nights, 1,392 working lunches, 283 working dinners, 1,371 morning refreshments, 1,153 afternoon refreshments, and use of audio visual equipment, off ice equipment, and meeting rooms.
