- The Kansas Army National Guard is seeking potential solutions and sources for providing cost effective and timely bead blasting services for tactical military vehicles. Services are required be performed for the National Guard Vehicle Rebuild and Ma intenance activity located at Fort Riley, Kansas. Desired contract services include furnishing all equipment, materials and manpower necessary to perform quality bead blasting services to include total compliance with all environmental regulations. Equipm ent would need to be mobile so as to be located as close as possible to the vehicle rebuild site(s). Estimated workload is estimated to be approximately 100 vehicles per month for the initial year and is expected to double in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of the potential contract. Firms who believe they have the capabilities to perform this type of services are encouraged to respond to this seeking source synopsis with information on contractors capabilities. Please indicate if you are currently providing similar services for other clients, identify current clients, blasting process, equipment, procedures, environmental compliance and pricing methodology. All interested parities are encouraged to respond to this request for market research. This is not a request for proposal and a contract will not be award as a result of this notice.
