PRON: AX5F5100AX, NSN: 1650-01-153-2316, PN: 1168152-103, Quantity: MIN: 35/MAX: 135 each, 5 Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. This item is restricted to Goodrich Corp., Cage Code 13002, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, e conomical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 35 each, 420 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 35 each, 280 DACA. Production L ead-time with Article II Clause is 35 each, 350 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing t he website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solic itation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this ac quisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
