- The work consists essentially of Cleaning Service of office and work shops at the Marietta Repair Station, 100 Post Street, Marietta, Ohio. The approximate time of performance will be for a base period (1 May thru 31 December 2005) with four option periods of 12 month each from 1 January 2006 thru 31 December 2009. The contract type will be firm fixed priced contract, competitively bid. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for March 28, 2005, at 10:30 A.M., at Marietta.
