- To order solicitation, firms must register on the EBS website at http://www.nww.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp No other registration will be accepted. Solicitation No. W912EF-05-Q-0037 expected to be issued by April 01, 2005. Quotes expected to be due within 3 weeks after issuance of solicitation. Procurement is conducted pursuant to FAR 13.5. Contractor will supply 12 generator air coolers for Unit 6 at McNary Dam Powerhouse, Umatilla County, Oregon. The air coolers will have a minimum cooling capacity of 178.25 kw per cooler at a minimum operating pressure of 21 psi and will be designed for safe operation at 50 psi. The new air coolers will have the same dimensions and mounting flange configuration as the existing air coolers, which they will replace. Delivery time is 90 calendar days after date of contract award. The Government will insta ll the new air coolers. Site visit information will be included in the solicitation and posted on the EBS website when available. Procurement is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. NAICS code is 332410. SIC code is 3443. Small business size standard is no more than 500 employees.
