Description

NOTE: PLEASE READ ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CORRECT POINTS OF CONTACT. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), PERFORMANCE PRICE TRADE OFF (PPTO) SOLICITATION. THE PROJECT INVOLVES CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE STORY 25,000 SF FACILITY AND ASSOCIATED SITEWORK. CONSTRUCTION IS A STEEL FRAME BUILDING WITH CMU BLOCK WALLS WITH AN EXTERIOR STUCCO FINISH AND A SLOPED CLAY TILE ROOF. WORK ALSO INCLUDES THE ASSOCIATED DEMOLITION OF 25,000 SF OF SINGLE STORY CMU F ACILITIES WITH FLAT ROOFS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Estimated Cost Range of the project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Solicitation documents should be available on or about 17 March 2005. Mr. Edward M.
