No particular systems configuration in t erms of a rigid hardware or software specification is intended by these functional specifications in this work statement. As such, the contractor shall feel free to propose any configuration--or alternatives--that meet the minimum essential functional req uirements and core intent of this specification. Alternative configurations are encouraged. For each configuration submitted, the contractor must show separate pricing and provide the advantages and disadvantages, both technically and functionally. Eval uation based on technical, past performance, and pricing.
