Description

Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and perform all work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement required for Medical Equipment Maintenance. The services to be performed under this contract are for SARNS 3M A0458 & E5148 Per fusion Systems 9000 and E7064, E7062, & E7063 Centrifugal Control Modules located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-05-T-0046 applies. This is a firm fixed-price type contract. Contractor services include but are not limited to: e quipment repairs, labor, test equipment, travel, and materials not government furnished necessary to keep the unit operational to manufacturers specifications; troubleshooting assistance as requested 24 hours a day; perform at a minimum two preventive mai ntenance services per year; provide and install all hardware and software updates; and update or provide new user manuals when changes are made. Contract period is for one (1) base year (01 April 2005 through 30 September 2005) and four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed acquisition is an unrestricted, full and open competition. The NAICS code is 811219; the size standard is $6 million.
