Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Part 12. Requirements are for one (1), 300KVA Replacement Transformer and 2,500 feet of Power Cable. The cable must be a UL Listed as Type MV-105, sunlight resistant for use in cable trays and for direct burial in accordance with UL 1072. Due date for quotes for this RFQ is tentatively scheduled for Close of Business, March 25, 2005. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423610. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3612. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. To receive a copy of the RFQ, contractors/vendors shall fax a request to the attention of Beverly Beckman, or Hart Blackeagle at (406) 247-7798. Faxes must include the contractor's/vendor's name, physical address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number, and Duns number.
