- The NAICS for this procurement is 517110. The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Office of Corporate Business Department, Code 104, intends to modify Contract N63394-04-P-0184 to extend the contract period of performance for six (6) months, with additional six (6) months option periods, and provide additional ceiling dollars. This contract extension is for required services to support the Command?s internal Business Functions touching all Command Offices. These are diversified and unique to PHD NSWC in the areas of supporting voice, fax and modem telecommunication lines from the Telco to PHD NSWC building demarcation point called Above The Line (ATL) support and from PHD building demarcation point to PHD employee desktop instrument/equipment called Below The Line (BTL) support. The current period of performance is from 1 April 2004 through 31 March 2005 with Verizon Federal, Inc, Newark, NJ. These services will expire on 31 March 2005 and this re! quirement will provide the follow-on effort to ensure continuity of services and to allow a seamless transition to the newly awarded contract, N63394-04-P 0660 with SBC Global Services, Inc., which was awarded on 30 September 2004. The anticipated date for the modification is 31 March 2005. Notes 22 apply.
