- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadephia, Washington Office has a requirement for the Navy Office of Civilian Human Resources, Washington DC to procure Conference room with equipment for a two day Executive Seminar. The dates for the Seminar is 12 -13 April. The conference is for 250 to 275 person. for this senior executive seminar are between 250-275. The contractor will provide the following services: (a) Provide room block at government rate. (b) Provide call in registration Identifier with DON. (c) Accept the DON as tax exempt. (d) Provide ballroom, reception and break-out rooms appropriate to the number of participants. (e) Provide adequate parking at no charge. (f)Provide meeting package to include: (state of the art audio visual equipment; internet access; refreshments; and telephone). (g) Provide safe/secure environment for high level DON and Defense attendees (h) Provide staff registration tables for duration of seminar (i) Provide web registration, if requested to facilitate ease of registration. The period of performance is 12-13 April 2005. This requirement will be evaluated on a availability and price for a Firm fixed price type contract.
