- On 6 January 2005, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command issued a pre-solicitation announcement for an upcoming NAVSEA procurement N00178-05-R-4000 for SeaPort Enhannced Rolling Admissions. The purpose of this announcement was solely to advertise the 18 January 2005 SPAWAR Open Informational Meeting on SeaPort Enhanced. This announcement directed interested parties to www.seaport.navy.mil for all RFP related information, including access to the RFP itself, once it is issued. SPAWAR wishes to clarify that no automatic notification of RFP issuance will be provided to potential offerors who registered under the 6 January 2005 SPAWAR pre-solicitation announcement. Interested parties are responsible for checking the SeaPort website themselves for any and all information related to SeaPort Enhanced Rolling Admissions.
