- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within Frederick County, Maryland. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing existing warehouse and related space consisting of a maximum of approximately 200,000 usable square feet of warehouse space. The Government shall require an outside minimum door height of 14 feet. LOCATION: THE WAREHOUSE SPACE MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND. OCCUPANCY: Express Of Interest Shall be submitted by March 14, 2005, 4:00pm and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3.
