Description

The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service intends to make an award to Peter Associates, a small business, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the use of copyrighted materials pursuant to the needs of the Construction Excellence Program. The Investigative Manual is titled: "Investigative Procedures for Analyzing or Avoiding a Troubled Project." The contract is for 15/40 booklets (at a minimum) to be ordered during the base year and option years. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. The NAICS code is 323117. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 12:00pm e.s.t., Friday, March 11, 2005. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
