Basic Investment & Industry Data Shelf 6.Corporation records: Daily News 7. Dividend Record 8. Industry Surveys 9. Bond Guide 10. Monthly Stock Guide 11. Daily Stock Price Record: NYSE 12. Daily Stock Price Record: NASDAQ 13. Register of Corporations, Directors and Executives 14. Review of Banking & Financial Services 15. Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation 16. Statistical Service 17. Stock Market Encyclopedia 18. The CUSIP Master Directory 19. Net Advantage. The services are being procured under FAR Part 12. The above named vendor is believed to be the only source for this service. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested contractors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing by e-mail to Debra E. Chapman no later than 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 1, 2005.
