Description

*Note: There has been a change to the issuance date from 28 February 2005 to 8 March 2005.* The subject requirement is for acquisition of 40 NSNs with various item descriptions and end items. The major FSCs of the requirement are: 2530, 2540, 2815, 2910, 2920, 2930, 2940, and 2990. (See attached link for further information.) The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which Delivery Orders may be placed for one (1) year. An option will be for an additional one (1) year period not to exceed four (4) years for the options. Quantity Range Based pricing will be sought. The option to extend the contract period one or more times is at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes: 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 08 March 2005 at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp with PID information at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. The Small Business Size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Some data rights restrictions may apply. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
