- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicittion will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote No. RFQ-R4-13-02NV-5-3081; quote due date is March 14, 2005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiiton Circular 26. NAICS code is 532420, Small Business Size Standard is $21.0 M. Quantity and unit are 30 months for 1 copier. Price quote shall include delivery and set up to Salmon-Challis National Forest in Salmon, Idaho 83467. Item 1- 60-month lease of one color and black-and-white digital copier, equal to Canon ImageRunner C6800 System A (Saddle Finisher-R2) with Color Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit-C1, Color Universal Send Kit-C1P, Puncher Unit-M1, Resolution Switching Board-A2, Side Paper Deck-U1. Price quote shall include all connectivity fees and all desktop fees for at least 10 key users and 20 desktop software users. Quotes shall include key operator training. Salient characteristics are network printing capability, faxing from desktop or at the copier, universal scanning, scanning to desktop, stapler and booklet maker, hole punch unit, duplexing, copy speed for black and white of at least 68 cpm, color copying capability, ability to print variety of paper sizes, multiple paper drawers, capably of copying 30,000 black and white images a month. Price quote shall specify other supplies that may be included in the lease such as toner, developer, etc. Desireable delivery date is on or around March 30, 2005. Item 2. Maintenance for the above copy machine is to include preventative maintenance, parts and labor. Unit may be monthly or by price per copy. Price quote shall include service response time from time of initial Government trouble call to arrival on site for repair of machine. Price quote shall describe services offered. Item 2 may or may not be offered by the Government on this solicitation. Contractors may provide a quote for line item 1 only. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial applies to this acquisition. Government will offer a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicittion will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Other factors considered will be delivery date offered, and technical capability of copier offered. Offerors are advised to following FAR Subpart 4.12 which requires prospective contractors to submit Annual Representations and Certifications via the online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
