Description

The Contractor is required to provide testing laboratory services for VA Medical Center, Indianapolis Indiana 46202, in support of project number 583-401, 7th & 8th Ward Modernization Phase I. Construction is an estimated 900 calendar days and is estimated to begin approximately in April 2005. Work includes testing of concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel and 75 man-days of technical personnel. NAICS code 541380 applies. Solicitation is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments via the website: http://www.obs.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. The solicitation will be available electronically on or about March 3, 2005. Numbered note 29 applies.
