The folowing paragraph replaces the 04 Feb paragraph a.: This constitutes the posting of the DRAFT RFP. The DRAFT may be downloaded from the CAPS Step 03 Document Library below. The SF Form 33 through Section J page 1 are contained in the PDF file entitled,"01_DRAFT...SF_33...Amend02". Exhibit A and Section J Attachments 1 through 5 are posted as individual files. A document entitled, ?Attachment L-5 Snap Shot 07 Oct 04?, also a part of the DRAFT RFP is individually posted in the Document Library. b. Industry comments of the DRAFT RFP, not draft proposals, remain requested NO LATER THAN 25 Feb 2005. DRAFT proposal are not and will not be requested. 3.
